Behind every song there is a story. The Way the Road Looks tells stories from the world around me, tales I have been told, and joys and challenges in my own life. It is my first Studio Album and the songs have been brought life through the wonderful producing and playing of Chris Brown (keys and b-vocal) and a stellar cast of friends of Wolfe Island Records – Jason Mercer (bass and banjo), Joey Wright (mandolin, electric guitar, b-vocal, Teilhard Frost (violin) , and Sarah McDermott (b-vocal)

Wolfe Island Recording Experience

The Recording experience on Wolfe Island was amazing.  Chris is so supportive of independent musicians and helped all through the process.  Wolfe Island Records is a great home independent Artists.  Check them.

Wolfe island is home to a wonderful community of musicians, any of whom helped with my recording.  Jason Mercer, Teilhard Frost and Sarah McDermott all live on the Island and Joey Wright is a frequent visitor.  Can't think of a better crew for my first studio effort!
